number and/or address to conduct fraudulent activity. Please know:

• We are not involved in these calls or messages.

• We will never ask for sensitive information (such as Social Security numbers, banking details, or payment over the phone) unless you initiated contact with us directly.

• If you receive a suspicious call, text, or email claiming to be from us, do not provide personal information, click on any links provided, or make any payments. If possible, take a screenshot of the text or email to provide to authorities. Block and delete the message to prevent further scamming attempts.

• Report the incident to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at ReportFraud.ftc.gov and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) at FCC Spoofing Complaints. In addition, report to your local police. We have reported to all 3.
