  • I KNEW THAT TURNING my space OVER TO NANCY WAS THE right thing to do

    When I realized I would never have come up with this look on my own.

    Finishing my new home was paralyzing for me — choosing rugs, window treatments and accessories is not a skill I have, and I needed help. Nancy was recommended by a mutual acquaintance, and she was exactly the person I needed. I didn’t give Nancy a lot to work with — I couldn’t tell her what I wanted, because I didn’t know. She did a walk-through of my space, asked great questions, and listened carefully. Then she came back with a plan I loved. I knew that turning my space over to her was the right thing to do when I realized I would never have come up with this look on my own. She turned my new house into a home and created a warmth that makes me love being in my space.

    The biggest surprise to me: She never made me feel self-conscious about not knowing what I wanted. Somehow, though, she managed to figure out a look that was perfect for me.

    Nancy presented me with three complete vision boards that helped me see the possibilities. From there, it was easy.

  • Nancy was a dream to work with from the moment we started.

    Her ideas were fantastic, and she was always willing to compromise and pivot when needed. I needed someone that I could trust to renovate a 1950s single family home that had been renovated by my husband's father in the early 2000s. While the house contained very unique wood work, including beautiful hand carved doors, it also had some other rather eccentric features that I wasn’t thrilled to keep.

    Nancy was a dream to work with from the moment we started. She worked seamlessly with our local architect, builder, and custom cabinet maker to pull off what I can only describe as a miraculous transformation of this house!

    The fun, eclectic elements that my husband's father added now look amazing and give this much more modern, bright, colorful and fun home a very unique vibe that we are proud to show off to family and friends.
