Meet The Team!

  • Chief Operating Officer

Stan Parrish joins Nancy Parrish Interiors as Chief Operating Officer, bringing over 20 years of experience in finance, operations, and organizational leadership. Prior to joining the firm, Stan held senior leadership positions at Wells Fargo in Charlotte, NC, where he focused on strategic growth, operational efficiency, and team development.

Stan and his wife Nancy made the exciting decision to relocate to Danville, Virginia—a move that reflects both a personal and professional new chapter. As Nancy Parrish Interiors continues to grow, Stan’s leadership will help guide the firm through its next phase, ensuring that the business side of the studio is as thoughtful and refined as the design work itself.

With a deep appreciation for structure, systems, and service, Stan brings a fresh perspective to the design world. His role supports everything from day-to-day operations to long-term strategy, allowing our creative team to thrive and our client experience to shine.

Outside of work, Stan is enjoying life in Danville with Nancy, exploring the local community and historic charm. A lifelong music enthusiast, he loves playing bass guitar and guitar, and finds creativity and relaxation through music, time with family, and quiet evenings at home.

  • Junior Designer

Anne-Meadors Wall a Chatham, VA native, graduated from Virginia Tech in 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in Residential Design and a minor in Real Estate. She launched her interior design career in Charleston, South Carolina, before returning home to Southern Virginia to join the Nancy Parrish Interiors team. Anne-Meadors is passionate about creating spaces that are unique and full of color and personality. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, taking long walks with her yellow lab Beamer (yes, named after Frank Beamer), and cheering on Virginia Tech football.

  • Design Assistant

Born and raised in Lynchburg, VA, Jalyn Webb just graduated from Liberty University in May 2025 with her bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and is excited to dive headfirst into the design world with Nancy Parrish Interiors. Jalyn is passionate about creating spaces that are vibrant, full of character, and inviting. Outside of work, Jalyn loves spending time with her family, soaking up sunny days at the lake, and getting way too invested in her favorite reality TV shows.

  • Nancy Parrish Interiors Mascot

Every great design studio needs a mascot, and at Nancy Parrish Interiors, that role belongs to Muggsy—the Boston Terrier with big personality and even bigger opinions on upholstery. When he’s not greeting clients with enthusiastic tail wags or snoozing in the sunny spots, you’ll find him keeping a close eye on fabric selections (stripes are his favorite). Muggsy may not have a degree in design, but he’s got a nose for good taste and a talent for boosting team morale. Basically, if Muggsy approves, it’s probably fabulous.
